“Don’t let evil into your mind.‘ -visual essay storyboard

After I reflected on my collections, I attempted to find out the theme of horror stories. For example, the reason vampires suck blood, series killers kill people, ghosts wanted to take over other people’s bodies, etc. Then I realized, most of those monsters hope to satisfy their wants crazily.

The main storyboard:

‘You ‘ bought a storybook/comics which was about horror stories. ‘You ‘ imagined something from storylines but you understand they’re fake. You started reflecting on why those horror stories are so terrible, what they want? Food or something else? You remembered your day work experiences. Liked somebody stoled your work and got the prize, you wanted to kill him/her because you’re angry (dark emotions appear). But you didn’t do this because you didn’t want to become the evil who liked the horror stories.

The main storyline: Begin(introduce my collection, many monsters appear, explain the reason for my collection.)——Case Studied(Richard Ramirez’s case analysis)——Reflection( Critical debates introduce, compare with censorships of China and other countries, explain that censorships are protecting teenagers, how horror stories release people’s dark emotions, explain the reason)——End (Remind audiences, stay rational in daily life)

Critical debates: people need horror stories to release their dark emotions.
